The Guild program is the longer-term backbone of the BizTrek process. Many great and life-changing ideas have been born as the direct result of our peer-level think tanks. When discussing marketing tactics with like-minded entrepreneurs, you put that important principle to work for you!
Guild members plug-in once per month to help each other maximize their application of the 12 Triggers system. As a team, we form an alliance to deal with one Trigger per month, on a rotating basis. In January each Guild discusses Trigger #1, in February it Trigger #2 etc. until we reach Trigger 12 in December.
When designing the BizTrek Guilds, we recognized that a peer-to-peer community needed to be built around a focused topic. Random or unguided discussions quickly run out of steam.
Experience has also taught us that a trained guide or facilitator was essential. Without a trained leader, peer-groups often fall apart within just a few months. Your BizTrek Mentor will coordinate member needs, manage the agenda, and faciliate the discussions.
BizTrek Mentors watch the conditions to ensure a continuing return on investment for all involved. By managing Guild membership, participation and meeting flow, your BizTrek Mentor can assure the best experience possible.
Once you have successfully implemented the highest priority element for each Trigger as documented in your plan, you will have completed the requirements for BizTrek's Brown Belt in Marketing (typically one rotation through the Guild).
To earn the Black Belt in Marketing, each component of your plan will be on "auto-pilot". This typically takes one additional rotation through the Guild.
