During our early childhood, most of us are taught to be compliant. We were supposed to blend in rather than rock the boat. We were told that other people don't like people who are troublemakers. This belief is often deeply ingrained by the time we reach adulthood and it continues to shape our thoughts and actions. However, if you look at the change makers, they are anything except people who blend in. They're like the people who wear brightly colored safety vests so you are certain to see them and what they are doing. If you want to be a change maker, then you've got to wear a bright vest. Give people a STAR (Something They'll Always Remember).
